During class, Leda will guide you with careful instruction, giving you a feeling of being held and supported every step of the way. By paying attention to what exactly your body is doing, you will become more embodied and present in the moment.
She has a poetic approach towards teaching, incorporating into her classes beautiful stories, creative sequences and musical playlists specifically prepared for each class. Expect to flow with the music, breathe more fully and get inspired by the wisdom of the yogic tradition.
Kontakt aufnehmenAfter many years of practising yoga, Leda became a teacher in 2018. Her first teacher training was in alignment based hatha and vinyasa yoga with two world-class teachers, Jess Rose and Leah Sugerman. Later that same year, she finished another training in yin yoga led by Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier with whom she continued her studies in 2019, focusing on philosophy and meditation. In 2020, she also completed an advanced multi-style yoga teacher training in India. There, she had the opportunity to study with various teachers, getting a deeper understanding of not just yoga but also ayurveda, traditional chinese medicine (TCM), somatics and the myofascial release techinques (MFR).

The classes will be personalised to fit your needs and goals. You will practice at your own pace and level, slowly building up your strength, flexibility and endurance. Whenever the practice gets challenging, Leda will lead you through it with lightness and playfulness, sometimes even making you smile in the midst of difficulty. Her aim is to create a whole mind-body-spirit experience for you; a journey which will ultimately take you to a place beyond words or thought.
For 15 years, I was studying and working in science as a palaeontologist. Due to the long hours of sitting at the computer, I used to have intense pain in my back. Looking for pain relief, I eventually tried yoga and since then, yoga has slowly and steadily entered my life (while my back pain disappeared once and for all!).
When a personal crisis unexpectedly hit me, yoga gave me a safe space to grieve, to regroup and eventually recover. It made me breathe when everything else made me wish for otherwise. As I came to understand its power to transform, the desire to teach and help others with this powerful tool became the dominant force in my life.
Year 2018 marks a big turning point in my career. It was then that I decided to take a leap of faith, leave the world of science behind and follow my heart by becoming a full-time yoga teacher. Today I have the privilege to do what I love and share the the joy of yoga and my passion with others.
